• Make a one change to your registration.
• Save your spot, too!
• Move your registration to a future class or camp or leave as a credit if you are unsure of a date. 
• Amount paid can be prorated for other classes *May be subject to extra charge depending on the price of the new selected class/camp.
• Transferable to another student if you are unable to attend class.
• Camp Registrations: If student gets sick during the week of camp, unused days can be credited to a future camp.
• While a one-time change or cancellation is permitted, your registration is nonrefundable.

WITHOUT ASFD CAMP INSURANCE 2024:

• No cancellations
• Non-transferable
• No switching dates
• No switching camp types
• No switching camp locations
• Cannot be left as a credit
• Does not cover if student gets sick

PANDEMIC SAFETY PROTOCOL: Kids with a cough MUST WEAR A FACEMASK! Face masks are optional! Hand Sanitizer is available all over our studio.

TUITION: Is due via pre-registration either online or over the phone. We accept checks, cash and VENMO. ALL OUR WEBSITES ACCEPT ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS VIA ONLINE.

REFUNDS: All registrations are nonrefundable with no exceptions. Adding INSURANCE will always be the best choice to protect your investment, in case of sickness, traveling, etc. Read about INSURANCE.

ATTENDANCE : Please be prepared to attend all classes in a session. As an example, Academy program offers 15 classes, and we are preparing students for a fashion show. Take advantage of each and every class you’ve paid for so you can fully bring your vision to fruition. 

FORM OF PAYMENT: We accept credit cards, Paypal, checks, cash and VENMO, as form of payments. 

LUNCH/SNACKS/DRINK: Students must bring their own lunch/snacks/drinks/water if applicable. Our studio is a NO WASTE ENVIRONMENT, therefore all students MUST take back all leftovers and all packaging or waste related with their snacks and drinks. LUNCH will happen always at NOON. Food and Drinks are not allowed in any table of our studio. (Only designated areas during LUNCH TIME at noon, if applicable.)
